De vuelta un mes más con el reto del grupo Bundt Bakers.
El ingrediente escogido este mes ha sido el licor en todas sus variedades. ¡Imaginación al poder! Estoy realmente intrigada por ver todos los bundt cakes que han preparados mis compañeros de reto, porque seguro que este tema da para miles de ideas curiosas y especiales.
El limoncello es un licor italiano, típico de la costa amalfitana, en el sur de Italia. Su sabor dulzón y a la vez acido lo convierte en una buena bebida, ideal para beber con un poco de hielo pero también maravilloso a la hora de añadirlo a postres.
INGREDIENTES:
• 225 g mantequilla
• 4 huevos
• 2 tazas azúcar
• 2 tazas harina
• 1/2 taza limoncello
• Ralladura 1 limón
• 1/2 cucharadita levadura
• 1/2 cucharadita sal
Glaseado:
• 3/4 tazas azúcar glasé
• 2 cucharadas limoncello
PREPARACIÓN:
1. Precalentamos el horno a 175º. Untamos el molde elegido con aceite y reservamos.
2. En un cuenco vamos mezclando la mantequilla con el azúcar. Vamos añadiendo uno a uno los bien hasta dejarlos bien integrados.
3. Tamizar la harina, la levadura y la sal y añadimos en la mezcla anterior intercalando con el limoncello. Para finalizar añadimos la ralladura del limón.
4. Rellenamos el molde con la masa y horneamos el bundt durante 50-60 minutos, hasta que al pinchar con un palillo salga limpio.
5. Dejamos enfriar el bundt durante 10 minutos antes de darle la vuelta. Después dejamos que enfríe por completo.
6. Mientras preparamos el glaseado, mezclando en un cuenco el azúcar glasé con el limoncello. Vertemos por encima de nuestro bundt cake y listo para servir.

The ingredient has been chosen this month liquor in all its varieties. Imagination to power! I'm really intrigued to see all bundt cakes they have prepared my fellow challenge , for sure this subject is for thousands of curious and special ideas.
Limoncello is typical of the Amalfi coast in southern Italy Italian liqueur . Its sweet taste and also acid makes it a good drink, perfect for drinking with some ice but also wonderful when you add it to desserts.
INGREDIENTS:
• 225 g butter
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup limoncello
• Zest 1 lemon
• 1/2 teaspoon yeast
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
Frosting :
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons limoncello
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 175 °. We spread the chosen mold with oil and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl let butter with sugar. We are adding one by one until they were well blended.
3. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt and add to the above mixture interspersed with limoncello . Finally we add the lemon zest .
4. Fill the mold with the dough and bake a bundt for 50-60 minutes , until you try a toothpick comes out clean.
5. Let cool the bundt for 10 minutes before turning it over. Then let it cool completely .
6. As we prepare the glaze , in a bowl mix the powdered sugar with the limoncello . Pour over cake and bundt our ready to serve.
