Esta receta la descubrí en un cursillo de cocina que proponía Gallina Blanca hace siglos. Desde que la tengo la he preparado varias veces. Es sencillísima y además la gente se asombra cuando descubren que el rebozado es de cereales. Por no hablar de que es una forma sana de comer pollo rebozado ya que no hay que freírlo, solo lleva el aceite justo para que pegue.
- ½ kilo de pechuga de pollo
- 1 dl de aceite de oliva
- 50 grs de cereales (corn flakes)
- 50 grs de queso rallado
- 1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce
- Perejil
- Ajo
- Sal
PREPARACIÓN:
1. Precalentar el horno a 220º.
2. Cortamos el pollo en tiras gruesas y pasamos por el aceite.
3. Mezclar el resto de ingredientes en un bol. Rebozamos los trozos de pollo y colocamos en la bandeja del horno.
5. Meter al horno durante 10-12 minutos y ya tenemos nuestro plato listo.
