Este licor de origen italiano tiene una historia muy curiosa. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nCuenta la leyenda que en la localidad de Saronno (a tan solo 15 minutos de Milán)  que el pintor  Bernardino Luini, que era discípulo del mismísimo Da Vinci, recibió el encargo de pintar la Madonna de Saronno. Para servirse de inspiración uso como modelo a la hija de la dueña de una posada. Batimos los huevos con el azúcar, con la ayuda de unas varillas eléctricas o manuales, hasta que doblen su volumen y quede una masa blanquecina. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n3. Agregamos el licor, la nata líquida y el aceite y mezlamos bien para dejar integrado. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n4. Tamizamos la harina y la levadura y lo añadimos a la mezcla anterior.
